Each of our amazing book boxes are unique! They feature new or gently used books, fun bookish items and at least one creation from a local artisan. Every box is handmade with care. Read Me Unconditionally features #blinddatewithabook options.  Due to the uniqueness of our product, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.

LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES / DAMAGED ITEMS:

• If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please reach out to Readmeunconditionally@gmail.com to report the issue within 21 days of placing your order. 
• If tracking shows the order has been delivered to the address provided when placing the order, no refund or replacement will be issued
• In the event the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit as noted by UPS, we will happily send a replacement box in the genre of your choice
• Please note that book boxes are arranged for visual appeal in their item descriptions, in some instances, items will need to be removed from book pockets and strategically packed within the box for safe transit. All items in the listing will be present in the box. In the event that any item is missing or seriously damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the box's documented delivery to receive a partial refund or a discount code for use on a future order. Please note that our local partners are not responsible for any damage and will not issue replacements - any such requests must be made through Read Me Unconditionally

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ALLERGIES

Allergies can be tricky!

If allergies are a concern, please be very detailed when filling out the "inspire me" text box and we will work closely with you to create a box that suits your needs. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your book wasn't exposed to potential allergens as our office space is limited and we work with many local artisans who have varying office spaces. If you are allergic to food, fragrance, or materials and there's a box containing such that you are interested in, we strongly encourage you to visit the "locally owned" page or e-mail us to look into the specific ingredient list. By purchasing a book box, you agree to release and hold harmless Read Me Unconditionally, as well as the small businesses that we source from, from any legal recourse due to known or unknown allergens.
